What you'll do

As a Technical Sales Specialist at Lumosa UK, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving business development and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Providing technical sales support and offering solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients and assisting with technical issues
  • Conducting sales activities, including product presentations and negotiations
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a relevant role (essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities (essential)
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients (essential)
  • Experience in technical sales and support (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Valid full UK driving licence (essential)
